Online BTEC Diploma with CLT and Edexcel
Our Online BTEC Programme provides a comprehensive overview of legal practice which is delivered by
online materials with interactive tutor support, self-assessment and assignment submission.
The aim of the BTEC programme is to provide students with the knowledge and skills to perform
key competencies of legal processing and client handling in a private practice area.
Upon completion of the BTEC qualification, students are awarded a BTEC Advanced Diploma Level 3 in Paralegal Work
in a subject specific area validated by Edexcel, which are recognised by universities, further education colleges and employers.

Dr Samitha De Silva (LLB, BMS (Hons), MBS (Hons), DBA, MBCS, MNZCS, FRSA) is a Partner at Taylor Walton LLP. Samitha specialises in technology and telecommunication projects including outsourcing (both IT and BPO), system development and supply, system integration, software licensing and support and services agreements. He advises clients in both the public and private sector and has acted for both suppliers and users of technology. He has had experience and is admitted to practice law in New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom. Samitha has published widely and speaks regularly on outsourcing and technology contracts.
