Unit description
This unit provides learners with the skills and knowledge required to understand other concepts relevant to outsourcing contracts. They will be introduced to step-in rights, business continuity, changes in law, continuous improvement and governance.
In addition, they will gain knowledge in relation to dispute resolution clauses and a further understanding of escrow agreements.
