Unit description

This unit covers the key issues relevant to software development agreements and system integration agreements.

It further discusses appropriate contracting structures and examines contractual approaches to management of time for performance in projects.

In addition the learner will gain knowledge of specific warranties found in IT contracts.

2. Understand the IP issues and the acceptance testing process
3. Understand the issues related to a change control procedure, the contracting structures for system integration arrangements and the management of the project schedule
