Unit description
This unit provides learners with the skills and knowledge required to identify different types of legacy, know how to recognise and deal with gifts that have failed, recognising beneficiary’s rights and remedies and the options available when a beneficiary is missing.
In addition, they will gain knowledge in relation to winding up an estate, preparing final accounts and settling any residue
