This unit provides learners with the skills and knowledge required to establish which Grant of Representation to apply for. They will be introduced to the procedure for preparing an application and lodging it together with all the necessary documentation.
In addition, they will gain knowledge about how to identify and deal with specific issues, which may arise, in the procedure
