Unit description
This unit provides learners with the skills and knowledge required to know what steps to take following the death of a testator or where there is an intestacy, including dealing with personal representatives. They will be introduced to the procedures to be taken to find out the extent of the estate.
In addition, they will gain knowledge about how to deal with the property of a deceased’s estate.
