Unit description
This unit provides learners with the skills and knowledge required to draft wills. They will be introduced to the procedures to be followed to produce the will and the instructions required from the client to enable an accurate record of their wishes to be made.
In addition, they will gain knowledge checks to be made and the professional rules governing the drafting of wills.
