Unit description
This unit provides learners with the skills and knowledge required to be able to take action to ensure that the terms of the contract are complied with. They will be introduced to the searches that need to be made Post Exchange of contracts.
In addition they will gain knowledge of the different responsibilities of the buyers’ and sellers’ conveyancer.

- Examine reporting to the lender
- Investigate preparing the draft transfer
- Examine Requisitions on title and pre-completion searches
