Unit description
This unit provides learners with the skills and knowledge required to be able to exchange contracts for both the seller and buyer. They will be introduced to how to report the findings of pre contract searches.
In addition they will gain knowledge of the procedural steps to take both prior to and post exchange of contracts.

- Examine the Buyers’ Conveyancer’s report on Contract
- Examine the action for the sellers’ conveyancer pre contract
