Unit description
This unit provides learners with the skills and knowledge required to recognise the steps that need to be taken by the sellers’ lawyer. They will be introduced to the instructions required from the client
In addition they will gain knowledge of the procedural steps to take in preparing of the contract and supporting documentation.
Summary of learning outcomes
To achieve this unit a learner must:
- Investigate taking client’s instructions
- Explore the actions to be taken arising from the clients’ instructions
- Examine the elements of the Contract
- Identify how to compile the contract package
