Unit description
This unit provides learners with the skills and knowledge required to recognise the steps in the conveyancing process. They will be introduced to the background law governing conveyancing transactions.
In addition they will gain knowledge of the professional rules that govern the relationship with clients in conveyancing transactions and the rules governing the professional duties when acting for a lender.
