Unit description
In this Unit learners will examine in detail the provisions of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 (LLTA 1954) to see how lease transactions are affected by this important legislation. They will explore the implications of the legislation from the perspectives of both landlord and tenant.
In addition, learners will consider the need for legal research and look at the sources of legal information which are available.
