Unit description
This unit provides learners with the skills and knowledge required to understand the procedures during Adoption. They will be introduced to the requirements of the Adoption and Children Act 2002, whilst at the same time learning about the adoption procedural rules and panel placement.
In addition, they will gain knowledge in relation to Parental Consent, Placement and Contact Orders and alternatives to adoption.
