Unit description


This unit provides learners with the skills and knowledge required to understand the procedural considerations for an application by the local authority for a care or supervision order.  They will be introduced to the aims and main steps of the protocol for judicial case management.


In addition, they will gain knowledge in relation to the roles and duties of guardians and Solicitors and the appropriate use of experts.
