Unit description
This unit provides learners with the skills and knowledge required to understand the requirements for Emergency Protection Orders. They will be introduced to various Orders and the circumstances of obtaining such orders.
In addition, they will gain knowledge in relation to the human rights issues in relation to emergency orders and when public funding will be available.
