Tutor: Claire Sandbrook. Claire was made partner in Burchell & Ruston 1989. Claire was invited to join the Lord Chancellor’s Enforcement Service Delivery Advisory Group in 2002 having written four leading texts on enforcement law and also entered into discussions with senior policy officials within Government to modernise the Office of Sheriff in 2003. This culminated in her contribution to The Courts Act 2003 which created the role of the “High Court Enforcement Officer”.
