Tutor: Farah Rashid LLB SA(HCC). Farah was called to the Bar in 1993 and qualified as a Solicitor in 1996 where she gained Higher Court Rights and early accreditation as a police station and court duty solicitor. Farah gained further experience in criminal law, the law of evidence generally and advocacy dealing with a wide range of serious and minor criminal offences. She also appeared on a regular basis before District, High Court and Crown Court Judges.
