- CLT reserves the right to vary delivery of the programme, reserving the right to change tutor or course material where the occasion necessitates.
- Refunds cannot be given once students have enrolled on the programme.
- Assessments : Students must successfully complete all assignments. CLT will endeavour to despatch feedback within 20 working days.
- Should a student not attain the competency threshold for individual assignments they may resubmit said assignments at no extra cost.
- Should a student not attain the competency threshold for their final exam, they may re-sit the exam at an additional cost of £50 + VAT

- This booking form constitutes a legally binding contract. The delegate and the firm are jointly and severally liable for payment of all fees due to CLT.
