Dr Samitha De Silva (LLB, BMS (Hons), MBS (Hons), DBA, MBCS, MNZCS, FRSA) is a Partner at Taylor Walton LLP. Samitha specialises in technology and telecommunication projects including outsourcing (both IT and BPO), system development and supply, system integration, software licensing and support and services agreements. He advises clients in both the public and private sector and has acted for both suppliers and users of technology.
